It's pretty common knowledge in this day and age that whenever doctors over-prescribe antibiotics at large in any given region, eventually this gives rise to much meaner and tougher bacteria to kick our asses on a following cold and flu season. It's also pretty common knowledge that China is a stubborn culture that doesn't like to be told how to do things... but in fairness, who does?
