The FBI vs. Miley's Cyber-stalker

Not discouraged by a federal probe into his hacking activities, a 20 year old cyber-stalker from Tennessee continues to hack and spam away.  According to his own admissions, Joshua Holly of Tennessee has described his ongoing hacking and spamming activities in forums at DigitalGangster.com, where he first distributed racy images of Cyrus found in her email account. In recent posts, Holly bragged about allegedly hacking Google's new "Buzz" feature, and he previously offered to sell a "bot" that spams Facebook user accounts. According to a search warrant affidavit, filed last year in U.S. District Court in Nashville, FBI agents have been probing Holly's Cyrus hacks since July of 2008 and a subsequent raid lead agents to find that not only had he been hacking and spamming the pop star's accounts, but likely selling and profiting from her information to the tune of over $100,000 over nine months.

Now personally, I've never understood the mentality of people who actually brag about crimes they've committed, and that is one thing... BUT... given the nature of what people would likely pay money for from Miley's personal email or Myspace, I've gotta ask... Is this chick even remotely legal yet?!?
